(Oh, BTW, did you have a chance to read my other post re: CR/LF?)
Yep, I wasn't sure what you were driving at, but some experiments reveal
that \r\n endings are indeed the casue of the problem:
If I strip the \r's from the file then the docs build OK with cygwin built
quickbook.
If I revert back to windows style \r\n line endings, then the problem
reappears, and I start getting garbage inserted at the end of each
paragraph.
