Hi All, What is the correct way of committing the documentation done in quickbook? Obviously, only the .qbk file is maintained by hand. So, should we commit only it (and the Jamfile?), and the rest is built by some kind of a build process, or should we generate all the htmls, and commit them?
Also I recall having an impression of MetaCommunications building the Boost docs, but I am no longer able to find this information on the web...
