I just made a change to quickbook regarding the [xinclude ...]
directive. It now fixes up the paths relative to the output directory.
If a file does [xinclude foo\bar.xml], and the output file is not in the
same directory as the input file, the resulting path will still work.
I also disabled some MSVC warnings in the Jamfile, so the build should
be only moderately unpleasant now.
