When building the full documentation from boost-root/doc the build fails
with the following error:
runtime error: file
/cygdrive/c/data/boost/develop/boost/tools/boostbook/xsl/docbook.xsl line
316 element element
xsl:element : no namespace bound to prefix xi
Does anyone else see this, any ideas what's going on? Seems to be an error
in the XSL, has that changed lately?
