At the moment, there's no way. The problem is that the list syntax is a block-level markup, for a good reason: it's syntax requires line-end recognition which collides with the table grammar. One solution is to have an alternate recursive-style lists (e.g. [list [a][b][c]). This, however, goes beyond the easy-wiki scheme. I'm open to ideas on how to solve this.
