There is small mistake in the doc of BoostBook that prevents to generate the PDF documentation of the BoostBook tool (html is fine) : boostbook.xml:110 <ulink>http://www.doxygen.org</ulink> Should be : <ulink url="http://www.doxygen.org";>doxygen.</ulink> FOP is not more complaining of a fo::basic-link without external-destination.
