I've forgotten how, but I ran across a site for an open source (GPL) called Deplate at <http://deplate.sourceforge.net>. It seems very similar to QuickBook, except that it uses Ruby and I don't know if it can made to link to Doxygen-based code descriptions. I don't know if we can use it directly, but maybe it can inspire some ideas for QuickBook.
