Just an FYI... The instructions mention copying the quickbook executable from the BOOST_ROOT/bin.v2 directory as needed. That requires searching through the hierarchy in the build output which is toolset dependent and painful for users. Because of that a long time ago I changed the various tool builds to put the resulting executable in BOOST_ROOT/dist/bin (and any needed libraries into BOOST_ROOT/dist/lib) which is consistent across toolsets and hence much easier on users :-)
