Hello,I checked out today's boost and rebuilt the quickbook and boostbook, but still didn't get the satisfied format: 1) In the table of content, the heading 1 is at the right side of the heading 2, as shown in toc.bng.
2) No rectangular frame surronds the blurb_,
I haven't install the whole boost library, is it a problem?When creating the pdf files, some messages are as following, is there something relates to the formats?
