FWIW, I just got the docs building again on HEAD. I also patched up the BoostBook to do something slightly less wrong for <class-specialization> and friends. This involved some changes to some critical parts of BoostBook. I've spot-checked the results and they look good, but if you use BoostBook / Doxygen to generate your reference section, you might want to build your docs and inspect them.
