I would like to enclose certain heading text by <phrase> element with a custom role in the generated DocBook XML. The reason is that I would like to refer to that role from CSS.
I ended up with: [template my-heading[h] [heading '''<phrase role="my-role">''' [h] '''</phrase>''' ] ] which works but it is inconvenient to link such heading as the generated anchor includes normalized <phrase> element - the generated link has 160+ characters. Does anybody know a better solution for that use case?
