Yea, we've gone over this before... We can agree to it. But when we ask 
other lib authors they tend not to agree. Some like to express 
themselves with the docs styles.

but those don't show well as someone changed the DocBook generated HTML 
to use tables for formatting.... A *very* bad thing to do.
