Nice.

I've only been half-following this discussion, but I think it's great to 
see all the activity and the good ideas. Boost's docs need the 
attention! Rah-rah! Matias, the bimap docs are just about the best I've 
seen. If you can work some of that magic on the rest of Boost's docs, 
it'd make a lot of people happy, myself included.
