Folks, I've just committed a test document to the sandbox (under sandbox/doc_test/) that contains examples of everything I can think of: mostly culled from the quickbook docs, but some stuff from the math-toolkit docs as well that we've had trouble with in the past. Also added my current version of fo.xml: Matias can you add your modified html XSL code so we can generate this test document with the new banner etc?
There are a few things that aren't right yet: h6 looks bad in both html and pdf, blurbs are awful in the pdf etc etc. But the idea is to use this test document to refine the stylesheets so we can be sure of not missing anything.
