Hi!

I have been playing the past two days to include links between boost
libraries and between internal sections of a lib. I wanted a very
simple way to traverse boost docs that do not interfere in my way.
Frames were discarded for this reason.

You can see the results here:

IMO, the search box plus this two grouped links select boxes completes
the new banner.

The select boxes are populated from an external xml definition file,
so the pages have not get any bigger. We can have one
boost_libs_grouped_links.xml in the boost root. Each library must
define his own xml sections file if he want to add this select box.

The xml definitions are very simple to write (in the future this can
be automated)

I have build GroupedLinks, a very small javascript lib that lets us do
this. I will release it under BSL so we can freely use it. I have add
GroupedLinks support into boostbook (it is optional, you must add a
param for activate it) and write some docs about it:
http://tinyurl.com/332tsh

(the docs of GroupedLinks were compiled with the same version of
boostbook not including the params to show the select boxes and the
search box)

I have test it in firefox linux, firefox windows, ie and Konqueror.

Hope you find it useful
Comments are welcome
Best regards
Matias

PS: I am short of time today, I will try to answer the other posts tomorrow...
