I probably wouldn't be of much help in regards to making an automated
tool, but I'd be more than happy to lend a hand with any manual
gruntwork needed.  If you want to tell me roughly how you went about
the translation, and put me to work on some docs that need to be
translated to quickbook, I'll do my best.
