I'm fine with this.  The STOP sign (octagonal to make it a different shape)
would seem most suitable to me, but I don't have really strong views.

So my vote is for

Into custom icons 2 blue I,
Tip lit bulb,
Caution red triangle with !
Danger (Stop) Custom Icons 3

Cahnges the admonition names sounds bad for backward compatibility, but we 
could provide a new one for 'danger'?
