[Boost-maint] MPL pending pull requests

have opened a pull request https://github.com/boostorg/mpl/pull/47, and
there is other guy who seeks a review too
https://github.com/boostorg/mpl/pull/49. Could we, please, get attention of
CMT? CI there also needs some maintenance.
