Ok I laboriously made a Google Form people can submit:

https://docs.google.com/a/boost.org/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSe1Mzg2S2cPjOaxw6kiJF2DoG1jAo3USja5nXjR_ROPCS7eIg/viewform

I've limited access to the above to users from here only for the time
being. Please do give it a try and let me know if it is usable. Also,
please do submit some test rankings so I can verify it works, I'll wipe
them before making it public.

Finally, there is a data protection concern here. Before it was on Google
to deal with that because they were the ones sharing personally identifying
information. If we use the form above, it is on us, and we did not collect
permission because Google does not allow us to.

So, to be frank, we are in a bind. We cannot show their applications to the
public unhindered as it would leak personally identifying information.

What we will therefore need to do is to invite anyone wanting to rank
proposals into the "Boost organisation". Is this doable, acceptable, and
indeed wise?
