I have successfully built the libraries: * On Ubuntu 18.04, using gcc 7.5.0, and c++03/11/14/17 * On Ubuntu 18.04, using a recently built clang, and c++03/11/14/17/20 * On Mac OS 10.5, using Apple clang version 11.0.3, and and c++03/11/14/17/2a — Marshall
