A note that in cmake <3.30
https://cmake.org/cmake/help/latest/policy/CMP0167.htm might be set to `OLD`
and `find_package(Boost REQUIRED)` will find `FindBoost.cmake` and behaviour
could be different, since it will ignore `BoostConfig.cmake`.
