I tried to find a download from http://xmlsoft.org/XSLT/xsltproc2.html without success. I finally got it from: ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/Mandrake/9.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/libxslt-proc-1.0.19-4mdk.i586.rpm

I think I found a typo. In the examples/Makefile, there's function.docbook in the commands for target, docbook-function; yet, this is not present or created anywhere. I changed this to function_ref.docbook and this worked.
