I've just read and answered the questions for the Mozilla Public License (MPL v1.1), and the Qt Public License (QPL v1.0). Based on my understanding, neither of them would be suitable for Boost. I've tried to include some rationale (including references to relevant portions of the original documents), while keeping it short and readable. Hopefully, that should help if someone wants to review my review and (you're welcome) correct me.
