Yes, this time. Sorry for missing your first post. Can you give me a short
summary of what this stuff is about and whether it should be reviewed
together or seperately. Where is this supposed to go in boost. I.e. seperate
lib, utility .? Feel free to contact me by private email for any review
issues.

It's three items to go into the I/O library. There are some manipulator functions. There are some base class templates for wrapping a stream-buffer by an appropriate stream class. There are streams based off internal arrays, an example of the wrapping library.
