A while ago there was a call for license reviews. Various licenses were listed at:
http://www.crystalclearsoftware.com/cgi-bin/boost_wiki/wiki.pl?Boost_License for review. The STLPort license, which is available at: http://www.stlport.org/doc/license.html was not listed (or at least does not seem to be). Since it seems the spirit of boost is to provide libraries more in the spirit of "open source stl," I thought that this license might be more suitable than others, and in any case deserves to be reviewed or listed among possible licenses as well. The license is composed of several parts, some of which are the result of earlier licenses in the history of STL. The STLPort portion seems more open as it seems to make no requirement regarding non-STLPort documentation. _______________________________________________ Unsubscribe & other changes: http://lists.boost.org/mailman/listinfo.cgi/boost
