Yes, a domain squatter got that address. (And yes, boost.org is paid for through 2008 so the same thing doesn't happen to us!)
During the 1.30.0 run up, the Boost docs were updated to refer to SourceForge docs for CVS clients. The SourceForge docs have been greatly improved, and include links to CVS clients known to work well with SourceForge, and instructions for setting them up for popular operating systems.
