[boost] 1.30.0 Outstanding patches and fixes - Sunday night update

   Awaiting response from John Maddock.
   (Since this one just eliminates warnings, the release won't be held
   for it.)
* [type_traits] is_class.hpp problems
   Awaiting response from John Maddock.
* [type_traits] is_polymorphic_test and stateless_test failures.
   Awaiting response from John Maddock.
