I know, law is not an "exact science" and all that. What I meant is that boosters should stand a *very low* chance of ever having legal problems as a result of their (maybe flawed) work on the boost distribution. And there should be an equally low chance of someone legally rereleasing boost work under his name without mentioning the original authtors.
