I have built the dll version of the threads library several times, with the mentioned warnings, which I ignore. However, once in a while I get one or two unamed errors (i..e., there is no Cxxxx or LNKxxxx code associated with them.) The errors always reference <stdexcept>. I delete all the compiler generated files, rebuild, hold my breath, and _usually_ there are no more errors. The library seems to work fine, but these errors make me very nervous.
