At first glance…

On the main page the word “of” is missing, as in “The C++Now community has
grown out of the Boost community and is focused on pushing C++ to its limits.”

The sponsorship column on most pages starts off with a link to “Schedule is
up<http://cpptest.cierecloud.com/schedule/>”.

The Corporate Sponsorship page
(http://cpptest.cierecloud.com/about/corporate_sponsors/) looks a bit odd with
both its own list of sponsors and the column on the right. Maybe this would be
a good place to put a short paragraph describing each sponsor (who they
are/what they do/why they support C++, etc). I think I’d be going with smaller
logos rather than bigger ones, possibly inset with the paragraph of descriptive
text.

Subject: Changes to site

Bob, Foonathan, Planners, Wei,

As always, I’m anxious to get trip reports and quotes such as the ones here:
                http://cpptest.cierecloud.com/about/

I can take these at anytime, but now would be the best time.

I’ve pushed a bunch of changes, including an announcement of this year’s
winners, next year’s dates, and Matthew’s trip report.
                http://cpptest.cierecloud.com/

This change also includes the “flip” from one year to the next, so there are
many small changes such as dates, all over the site.

I’ve added a new “Content” page with a bunch of photos and a new attendee FAQ
about impromptu meetings.

I’ve updated the three links and the top of the home page and the “Currently”
sidebar sections.

I’ve added Commvault to the sponsors because they’ve already committed to being
one next year. The others will stay up until 2019-12-31 unless they choose to
sponsor next year. (Except Ciere, who will also be a sponsor next year.)

I’ve added “bio” links to the Talks page of the history page for 2019:
                http://cpptest.cierecloud.com/history/2019/talks/

This still need to be updated with slide and video links. Wei has volunteered
to do this work, but is blocked by having slides and videos online.

Please let me know

Jon
