I think we can work from that to update the wiki page with solutions,
then determine what open issues remain.

It would be nice to push XEP-0124 and XEP-0206 to Final before XMPP
over WebSocket takes over the world. ;-)

I'll ping Matt IRL about his availability. He usually gets into the
office early, so I think we've got some flexibility.
