at the tech meeting this tuesday, june 5, i will have 2 books to give
out.
writing cgi applications with perl
by kevin meltzer and brent michalski
addison-wesley
perl debugged
by peter scott and ed wright
addison-wesley
i have read perl debugged and like it a lot. it has many useful tips and
ideas to lower your bug rate as well as good ways to find and kill bugs.
the cgi book looks good and it covers many areas including apache,
mod_perl, DBI, mason, etc.
i have 1 copy of each. my thought was to do the same sob story contest
as before. but since i am presenting, i thought a quiz afterwards would
be more cruel and fun. so if you want a free book, come to the stem
presentation and pay attention. :-)
