Dude!

Where were you when I was buying my house
last year?!?! That is so cool!

So, one thing that would be great
would be to add in all the details of the house
that is available on realtor.com (or whoever).
We had to have a fireplace, a garage, and
hardwood floors. That would further refine the
search.

The other thing that would be a nice filter:
don't show me the listing if it doesn't have
a photo. My experience in the bajillion houses
we considered is that if the listing sounded good,
but there was no photo, we'd find out the house
was a dump when we actually went to look
at it.

not that it's always true, but making it a switch
that you can enable would give the user the
option. It could save a lot of unneeded trips.

oh, and a switch to filter out the ones that say:
"sale conditional upon...."
we found a few that were conditional upon the
owner finding "comparable housing" or something,
and the house had been on the market for months
and months, because the seller was never happy
with any house they looked at.

even without all that, it's a great application!
