So, one thing that would be great would be to add in all the details of the house that is available on realtor.com (or whoever). We had to have a fireplace, a garage, and hardwood floors. That would further refine the search. The other thing that would be a nice filter: don't show me the listing if it doesn't have a photo. My experience in the bajillion houses we considered is that if the listing sounded good, but there was no photo, we'd find out the house was a dump when we actually went to look at it. not that it's always true, but making it a switch that you can enable would give the user the option. It could save a lot of unneeded trips. oh, and a switch to filter out the ones that say: "sale conditional upon...." we found a few that were conditional upon the owner finding "comparable housing" or something, and the house had been on the market for months and months, because the seller was never happy with any house they looked at. even without all that, it's a great application!
