I've gotten in touch with Greg Sullivan, a very nice guy with the Dynamic
Lanugages group over at MIT (He, along with Mike Salib, organized the
recent Lightweight Languages workshop), who's willing to provide some
assistance with YAPC 2002. If everyone who's pitching in could send me some
mail (along with the e-mail addresses of non-boston.pm folks who're
involved--sorry, my mailbox's eaten the names) I'll get everyone together.
