I got mine registered at stargateinc.com
actually, I signed up for their service, and haven't used it much at all
since then, but at under $10 per year I found the price hard to beat.
as for service, you'll have to guess for yourselves, I have little
experience. they did very quickly fix the fact that they had registered the
wrong domain name for me (their typo).
