I'd believe it. Living and working right around here, it's pretty alarming
how often I have to stop to give people directions in the street. The
Kendall Square Movie Theater (good movies, check it out if you can find it)
is even worse.
Trouble is, it's a lot easier to stand and point than to type instructions,
but I'll try.
Depending on when exit you happen to come out of, there are easier ways of
doing this, but I'll assume you've exited the main one (with someone in a
box selling tokens).
1. Spin around 360 degrees and locate the Marriott Hotel, which will be
across the street from you if you came on the inbound train, or right there
if you were heading outbound.
2. Walk through the courtyard/square to the Marriott, and straight
*through* the hotel (it's a thin building).
3. Turn left (on Broadway) when you exit the hotel, and walk, until you've
crossed 2 streets and 1 rail road track.
4. Right after the trucks you'll pass under a building-to-building (across
the street you're on) footbridge connecting some Draper Labs buildings.
5. Right after *that*, a street (Hampshire Street) forks off to the right
of Broadway, which you're on. Take that, and walk all of... another 200
feet or so.
6. "One Kendall Square" is the area on your right. CBC is next to Coyote.
Or, you could take one of the other undoubtedly very good sets of directions
that just flooded my inbox ;-)
