I've been happy with flighthost.com since switching to them from Pro Web
Design (wehost.net, they really suck!). It's a bit more expensive for a
single 100MB account @ 18.94/month paid quarterly, but they have MySQL,
Perl, PHP and stats, and seem a lot faster than the other hosting companies
that I've used. The account also has:
Java Servlets support
75 email accounts
2 mailing lists
RealAudio support
5gig traffic allowance.
They also have a 10MB account for $9.95/month, if you don't need all of the
extras,
