well, with a burst of early voting (and no obvious ballot stuffing), we can declare a winner with 84% of the vote (8 total votes with margin of error is +/- 274%), and it is life, the universe and everything. unless a large number of dead perl mongers vote from the grave, that is the talk damian will give. we await the official announcements from boston.com and fearless leader.
