Actually, it's at http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/ The project provides drop in replacements for the terrible Matt Script Archive simple cgi scripts that have been very popular but are appallingly written. The limitations are that we cannot guarantee that anything more than base perl is installed and users often have no shell account to install new stuff. We can actually use CPAN modules (as long as they are pure perl) but we need to distribute them as part of the code.
