I know too little about Perl 6 to make any comment on this, but I had a similar feeling that you do when Wu-Tang Clan released "Wu-Tang Forever" -- I waited a couple /years/ for the new Wu-Tang album, and when it finally came, inside the jewel case there were ads for both "Wu-Wear" (Wu-Tang Clan official clothing) and America Online!
Not exactly the same, but ... well, anyway.
