Something far less desirable than CPAN.

Matt Wright wrote a bunch of buggy, insecure CGI scripts several years ago
(guestbooks, etc) and then more or less abandoned them, AFAIK: timestamps
on most of these cpan.org scripts seem to average 1998 or so, and some are
even older than that.

Some London.pm people started the NMS project [1] a year or so ago to
create drop in replacements for Wright's scripts. His domain squatting
cpan.org actually links to NMS, except that the link is, err:
<http://www.cpan.org/index2.html>. Which looks like the *real* CPAN site.

In fact, all the links seem to be to the real CPAN mockup page. Weird. And
if you ask Google where CPAN is, it points to cpan.org.

Is someone pulling an early April Fool's joke?
