This probably will not suffice, but it's an option. We have a conference room at my offices which should hold us if we take one of the tables out and bring in all the chairs from the lunch room. I can provide (well, OK, I'd need to get permission to use the facilities after hours, but doubt there would be any issue) the room, a computer and the projector. I _may_ be able to provide pizza and beverages, but probably not. The location is just outside Central Sq. in Cambridge heading towards MIT.
