I'm just been plunged into a new project using perl 5.8.0 and lwp. Actually I've been able to connect to my destination URL using https:
The area I am trying to get through now is the validation of the URL's certificate.
Obvoiusly I have scoured CPAN and used perldoc lwpcook, searched usenet and the general web. I have not found any specific documentation on this feat.
Can any of you in the know kindly point me to a good thorough reference or perhaps itemize a few pointers to accomplishing this and/or working with lwp?
Anything will certainly be appreciated.
