[Boston.pm] activestate perl 5.6 vs 5.8

Hi there.  After not using perl on windoze for over two years, I am now 
working on a project where they are using activestate 5.6.  Been 
thinking of switching their systems to 5.8  Does anyone have any 
opinions to offer on the wisdom of doing the upgrade?
