well, I uploaded copies of my perl manual to cpan http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-authors/id/G/GS/GSLONDON/
there are OpenOffice, HTML, and microsoft word formats. its called iperl_(date).ext I just checked, and its not on my account yet, but hopefully soon. I decided to use the Creative Commons license. perhaps not the perfect license for the job, but it seemed to have the least complaints. Feedback welcome. it's a first draft, so it's probably full of typos.
