Good afternoon!
I have tentative approval for use of a large conference room here at BU
(just slightly smaller than Boston.com's). It's room 220 at 44 Cumington
St. There should be plenty of street parking by 7ish unless the meeting
coincides with a Red Sox game, and the B line stops a block away and the
Kenmore Sq. stop (for extra line choices) is about 2 1/2 blocks away. I
should have confirmation soon, but will need to provide a date for the
next meeting ASAP. Would the 27th be too soon?
If this does go through and is an acceptable option for everyone, I'd
like to establish a regular 'day' for the meetings, like say the second
Tuesday of every month. This would not mean that a particular meeting
could not be rescheduled or canceled or a special meeting held. This is
just to have a standing request to reserve the room for once a month on
that day until further notice.
