Yes, GBC/ACM meetings are very open, that's one of their recruiting techniques; hold good meetings, let the public in, sell memberships at the exits. ;-) Good group too. Obviously, if you want to vote in the annual election, you'll have to pay your $10 annual dues, but I'm sure the treasurer would be happy to oblige. And since Big ACM membership is NOT required (except for officers), quite cheap (but not free).
