I have two paperback copies of "Impatient Perl" to give away in exchange for reviews.
I could spend a little time going through the table of contents. It would be a good way to see if I covered the stuff that people consider the "core" or important parts of perl. Wouldn't take all night, though. Everyone can get the PDF from my home page. www.greglondon.com The paperback is something made available through a company called Lulu, which is a POD company that requires no money up front. It's not perl specific, but I could give a 5 minute intro to Lulu, too.
