Just remember that the AS number returned by that script may not be
*entirely* accurate.  It'll tell you who is announcing a particular
netblock to routeviews.org, but not who the *real* owner is.  For that
you need to look at the AS path.  It's on my ever-growing to-do list.

The reason that you might get some dodgy results (but you won't get
many) is that some ISPs are incompetent and announce too many netblocks.
It costs them money, cos they get to pay bills for all the traffic that
they're not intending to be passing on, but it can be rather irritating
when someone in (eg) Korea - a block-on-sight country - starts
announcing the netblock which contains a friendly mail server.

Out of interest, what project do you have in mind that'll be using this
sort of information?
