I too believe in separation of code segments as much as possible. Also in the ability to include separately created logic, etc.

This thread was discussing the merits of perl vs PHP and I believe the PHP argument was that everything is in one place. While nice, it is difficult to manage with different team members (html jockies vs logic geeks).

Perhaps some readers can post some small examples of a PHP and/or perl program(s) that actually do what Uri was just stating... that being the separation of text (html) from logic (PHP/perl)?
